群力礦煤與瓦斯突出災(zāi)變時(shí)期通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)紊亂研究

【摘要】:本文以有源風(fēng)網(wǎng)理論為基礎(chǔ),研究煤與瓦斯突出災(zāi)變時(shí)期,突出氣體在礦井巷道內(nèi)的運(yùn)移規(guī)律以及突出氣體對(duì)整個(gè)礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的影響。使用MATLAB編寫的專門針對(duì)災(zāi)變時(shí)期通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)研究的TF1M程序軟件為分析工具,模擬了群力礦煤與瓦斯突出的動(dòng)態(tài)過程。 采用有源風(fēng)網(wǎng)描述含突出瓦斯的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng),構(gòu)造了煤與瓦斯突出源模型;突出瓦斯在巷道中的擴(kuò)散運(yùn)移規(guī)律采用一維有限元方法求解;采用特征線法求解了突出事發(fā)巷道中的瓦斯動(dòng)力非穩(wěn)定過程,最終建立非穩(wěn)定條件下通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及瓦斯分布解算模型。發(fā)生煤與瓦斯突出,通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)大致經(jīng)歷三個(gè)過程突出動(dòng)力過程、自然流動(dòng)過程、恢復(fù)通風(fēng)過程。突出發(fā)生后,瓦斯在突出源動(dòng)力作用下灌入主通風(fēng)巷道,,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)風(fēng)巷道發(fā)生瓦斯逆流;突出釋放的瓦斯在礦井內(nèi)流動(dòng)和擴(kuò)散,導(dǎo)致礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各個(gè)巷道的瓦斯分布不均,產(chǎn)生瓦斯自然風(fēng)壓;受到瓦斯自然風(fēng)壓的影響,在礦井局部回路中發(fā)生風(fēng)流逆轉(zhuǎn)的風(fēng)流紊亂現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)會(huì)擴(kuò)大瓦斯的波及的范圍。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of active air network, this paper studies the migration law of outburst gas in mine roadway and the influence of outburst gas on the whole mine ventilation system during coal and gas outburst disaster period. The dynamic process of coal and gas outburst in group coal mine is simulated by using TF1M program software written by MATLAB for the study of ventilation system during catastrophic period as an analysis tool. The active wind net is used to describe the ventilation system with outburst gas, and the coal and gas outburst source model is constructed, and the diffusion and migration law of outburst gas in the roadway is solved by one-dimensional finite element method. The method of characteristic line is used to solve the gas dynamic instability process in outburst roadway. Finally, the ventilation network and gas distribution model under unstable conditions are established. When coal and gas outburst occurs, ventilation system goes through three processes: outburst dynamic process, natural flow process and recovery ventilation process. After outburst, gas is poured into the main ventilation roadway under the action of outburst source power, which leads to the gas countercurrent in the air entry roadway. The gas released by outburst flows and diffuses in the mine, which leads to the uneven distribution of gas in each roadway in the mine ventilation system, resulting in the natural air pressure of gas. Under the influence of natural gas wind pressure, the phenomenon of air flow reversal occurs in the local loop of mine, and the scope of gas sweep will be enlarged at the same time.
