張集礦11-2煤底板穿層鉆孔預(yù)抽瓦斯技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Gas disaster is the main disaster in the process of coal mine safety production, which seriously threatens the safety of coal miners. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper mainly through the study of coal and gas outburst mechanism, coal body gas flow law around borehole, pre-drainage technology of drilling hole, combined with the field test of coal seam 11-2 in Zhangji coal mine. Verify the effect of gas drainage by drilling hole. Taking the 11-2 coal seam of Zhangji Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group as the experimental object, the basic gas parameters of the coal seam are determined: the maximum gas pressure of the coal seam is 2.14 MPA, and the gas content is 11.42 m3 / t; The radius of coal seam gas drainage is 3.76 m. According to the drawing radius, the reasonable arrangement scheme of borehole is analyzed, so that there is no blank zone in the coal seam of gas drainage, and the formula for calculating the reasonable interval between boreholes in the coal seam is obtained. On this basis, the residual gas pressure and residual gas content in coal seam after pre-drainage are tested in 1123 (1) bottom drainage roadway. The results are as follows: the residual gas pressure is 0.6 MPA, and the residual gas content is 4.205 m3 / t. Through the comparison of gas pressure and gas content before and after pre-drainage and the comparison between residual gas pressure and residual gas content after pre-drainage and the critical value of outburst, it is shown that pre-drainage technology can achieve the effect of outburst suppression.
