【摘要】：為開展采動覆巖破斷與卸壓瓦斯運(yùn)移規(guī)律的三維物理相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),在滲流系數(shù)能量控制模型的基礎(chǔ)上,研制出相似材料滲流-能量特性真三軸實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)介紹系統(tǒng)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)、功能及實(shí)驗(yàn)方法。結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可由液壓加載系統(tǒng)控制對試件所施加的三軸應(yīng)力,利用多元測試系統(tǒng)對試件壓縮過程中油缸的推出力、試件壓縮軸向變形量、壓縮過程的氣體流量及主裂隙導(dǎo)通時的能量耗散進(jìn)行實(shí)時監(jiān)測,通過對不同配比相似材料試件的真三軸加載實(shí)驗(yàn),研究三軸壓縮相似材料的滲流-能量特性為進(jìn)一步開展采動覆巖裂隙演化與卸壓瓦斯運(yùn)移多物理場耦合規(guī)律奠定了實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the three-dimensional physical similarity simulation experiment on the law of fracture and gas migration in mining overburden, a true triaxial experimental system of seepage and energy characteristics of similar materials was developed on the basis of the energy control model of seepage coefficient. The main structure, function and experimental method of the system are introduced in detail. The results show that the system can control the triaxial stress applied to the specimen by the hydraulic loading system, and use the multicomponent test system to measure the pushing force of the cylinder during the compression process and the axial deformation of the specimen. The gas flow rate in compression process and the energy dissipation during the main fracture conduction are monitored in real time. The true triaxial loading experiments of specimens of similar materials with different ratios are carried out. The study of the percolation and energy characteristics of similar materials under triaxial compression lays a foundation for the further development of the coupling law between the fracture evolution of mining overburden rock and the multi-physical field of gas migration under pressure relief.
