小型堆應(yīng)急計(jì)劃區(qū)劃分方法的探討

【摘要】:本文總結(jié)分析了應(yīng)急計(jì)劃區(qū)劃分中應(yīng)用的NUREG-0396推薦的方法、概率準(zhǔn)則法和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指引法在小型堆應(yīng)急計(jì)劃區(qū)劃分中的適用性,推薦風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指引法作為較合理的小型堆應(yīng)急計(jì)劃區(qū)劃分方法。討論了在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中需要關(guān)注的應(yīng)急計(jì)劃區(qū)劃分和反應(yīng)堆設(shè)計(jì)的相互作用、合理的事故假設(shè)和公眾心理因素等問題。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes and analyzes the applicability of the NUREG-0396 recommended method, the probability criterion method and the risk guidance method in the division of the emergency planning area of the small reactor. The risk guidance method is recommended as a reasonable method to divide the emergency planning area of small reactor. The problems such as the division of emergency planning area and the interaction of reactor design, reasonable accident hypothesis and public psychological factors are discussed in practical application.
