高溫礦井巷道風流對流換熱相似實驗研究

【摘要】:運用模型實驗相似理論,推導出高溫礦井巷道風流對流換熱原型和模型之間的相似判據(jù),建立了高溫礦井巷道風流對流換熱的實驗系統(tǒng)。測量并分析了不同巷道壁溫、不同入口風速以及入口溫度對對流換熱系數(shù)的影響;利用相關(guān)分析的方法,分析了巷道壁溫、入口風速和巷道平均風流溫度對對流換熱系數(shù)的影響程度,得到各因素對對流換熱系數(shù)影響程度,按從大到小的順序為巷道平均風流溫度、入口風速及巷道壁溫;其中,巷道平均風流溫度和入口風速均與對流換熱系數(shù)呈正相關(guān),而巷道壁溫與對流換熱系數(shù)呈負相關(guān);趯Ω饔绊懸蛩氐姆治,得到了高溫礦井巷道風流對流換熱實驗關(guān)聯(lián)式,該關(guān)聯(lián)式可以在實驗范圍內(nèi)計算實際礦井風流的對流換熱系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:By using the similarity theory of model experiment, the similarity criterion between the model and the prototype of air flow convection heat transfer in high temperature mine roadway is deduced, and the experimental system of air flow convection heat transfer in high temperature mine tunnel is established. The influence of different tunnel wall temperature, different inlet wind speed and inlet temperature on convection heat transfer coefficient is measured and analyzed. The influence of the inlet wind speed and the average air flow temperature on the convection heat transfer coefficient is obtained. The influence degree of each factor on the convection heat transfer coefficient is obtained. The order from large to small is the average air flow temperature, the inlet wind speed and the wall temperature of the tunnel. The average air flow temperature and inlet wind velocity are positively correlated with the convection heat transfer coefficient, while the wall temperature is negatively correlated with the convection heat transfer coefficient. Based on the analysis of various influencing factors, the experimental correlation formula of air flow convection heat transfer in high temperature mine roadway is obtained, which can calculate the convection heat transfer coefficient of actual mine air flow within the experimental range.
