煤自燃降溫過(guò)程實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究煤自燃后火區(qū)降溫過(guò)程,使用XK-Ⅶ型煤低溫自然發(fā)火實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)對(duì)煤樣的自然升溫、降溫過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)。對(duì)比分析了升溫過(guò)程和降溫過(guò)程的煤溫、高溫點(diǎn)運(yùn)移、指標(biāo)氣體及氣體比值的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:煤自燃升溫過(guò)程和降溫過(guò)程具有非對(duì)稱性;升溫階段與降溫階段溫度變化規(guī)律均具有分段性;降溫階段高溫點(diǎn)向回風(fēng)側(cè)深部移動(dòng),與升溫階段相反;烷烴氣體降溫階段的消失溫度較升溫階段的出現(xiàn)溫度高;降溫過(guò)程中CO/O_2、CO_2/CO比值較升溫階段對(duì)應(yīng)溫度大。
