基于未確知測度理論的露天礦總承包安全評價

【摘要】:基于未確知測度理論,建立了露天礦總承包安全評價指標體系。采用專家打分法對所選取的25項綜合評價指標進行綜合打分,并做定量分析,確定了在不同評價等級下各指標的未確知測度,并利用熵計算各指標的權重,最后根據(jù)置信度識別準則得出露天礦總承包安全評價結果。結合某露天礦實例分析表明,該方法計算合理,明確了總承包開采下該露天礦的安全現(xiàn)狀,為露天礦總承包安全評價提供了一種新的思路,可在類似工程環(huán)境中推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of unascertained measure, the evaluation index system of general contract safety of open pit mine is established. The expert scoring method is used to synthetically score 25 comprehensive evaluation indexes selected, and quantitative analysis is made to determine the unascertained measure of each index under different evaluation levels, and to calculate the weight of each index by using entropy. Finally, according to the confidence recognition criterion, the result of general contract safety evaluation of open pit mine is obtained. The analysis of an open pit mine example shows that the method is reasonable, and the present safety situation of the open pit under general contract mining is clear, which provides a new idea for the general contract safety evaluation of open pit mine, and can be popularized and applied in similar engineering environment.
