【摘要】：新喀Koniambo項目安全管理團隊在工作中不斷鉆研創(chuàng)新,以預先危險性分析法為指導,開發(fā)了JSA卡、DSTI卡、STO和Obs卡等安全檢查工具用于現(xiàn)場安全監(jiān)控,形成了項目獨特的"一法三卡"管理模式,創(chuàng)造了連續(xù)兩年無事故、無重傷的安全生產記錄。以"一法三卡"的實施效果為研究對象,分析了卡片數(shù)量與可記錄事件數(shù)量的對比關系,得出"一法三卡"實施管控效果越好,現(xiàn)場可記錄事件發(fā)生率越低的結論。這一結論凸顯了"一法三卡"在施工現(xiàn)場安全生產管控工作中的重要地位,為施工項目推行"一法三卡"提供了有力的實證論據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The safety management team of Xinka Koniambo project is constantly studying and innovating in its work. Under the guidance of pre-risk analysis method, security inspection tools such as JSA card, DSTI card, STO and Obs card are developed for on-site safety monitoring. A unique "one method and three card" management model has been formed, and a safe production record of no accident and no serious injury has been created for two consecutive years. Taking the implementation effect of "one method and three cards" as the research object, this paper analyzes the contrast between the number of cards and the number of recorded events, and draws the conclusion that the better the control effect of "one method and three cards" is, the lower the incidence of field recordable events is. This conclusion highlights the important position of "one method and three cards" in the construction site safety control work, and provides a strong empirical argument for the construction project to carry out "one method and three cards".
