高溫下煤吸附氮氣后氧化特性變化的實驗研究

【摘要】:礦井自燃火區(qū)注氮氣滅火時發(fā)現(xiàn),煤體的溫度仍會在高溫中維持一段時間,高溫下煤樣對氮氣的吸附影響著煤氧化自燃特性。以錫盟褐煤為研究對象,將煤樣分別在200℃下吸附氮氣6、12、18 h,通過分析實驗煤樣的氣相產(chǎn)物及氧氣消耗,煤氧化表觀活化能以及煤孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化,研究吸附氮氣后煤樣的氧化特性。實驗表明,煤樣經(jīng)過高溫吸附氮氣的處理后,氣相產(chǎn)物的釋放量均高于原煤;高溫吸附氮氣降低了煤氧化活化能,吸附氮氣時間越長,活化能值越低;處理后煤的孔平均直徑、孔隙率與滲透率均高于原煤,增加了煤氧反應(yīng)速率,加快煤氧反應(yīng)進程。
