【摘要】：針對(duì)井下二盤區(qū)已回采工作面大范圍采空區(qū)出現(xiàn)CO超標(biāo)隱患,通過漏風(fēng)通道檢測技術(shù)查找二盤區(qū)漏風(fēng)通道,分析了高溫點(diǎn)可能存在的區(qū)域,采用均壓、注氮和注漿等防滅火技術(shù)綜合治理采空區(qū)自然發(fā)火,結(jié)果表明,二盤區(qū)采空區(qū)CO濃度短時(shí)間內(nèi)大幅度下降,經(jīng)過固氮及注漿后,采空區(qū)煤自燃問題徹底解決。
[Abstract]:In view of the hidden danger of CO exceeding the standard in a large area of goaf in the second mining face, the air leakage channel in the second disk area is searched by the air leakage channel detection technology, and the area where the high temperature point may exist is analyzed, and the average pressure is adopted. Comprehensive control of spontaneous combustion in goaf by nitrogen injection and grouting, the results show that CO concentration in goaf in the second disk area is decreased greatly in a short time. After nitrogen fixation and grouting, the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf is solved thoroughly.
