丁集煤礦煤層瓦斯基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)及抽采影響半徑測(cè)試研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)丁集煤礦11-2煤層、13-1煤層瓦斯賦存實(shí)際情況,測(cè)試得到了11-2、13-1兩煤層的瓦斯基礎(chǔ)參數(shù),通過(guò)把兩煤層的透氣性系數(shù)與抽采難易程度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相對(duì)照判斷得到:11-2煤層1#鉆孔處和13-1煤層2#鉆孔處煤層抽采難易程度都為勉強(qiáng)抽采。 從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)可以看出壓降法測(cè)定底板穿層鉆孔抽采影響半徑是一種簡(jiǎn)單、有效的方法。本文對(duì)壓降法的測(cè)試原理及具體方法進(jìn)行了探討研究,并將該方法在丁集煤礦進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),測(cè)試結(jié)果如下:丁集煤礦13-1煤層在采用孔徑94mmm抽采鉆孔進(jìn)行煤層瓦斯抽采,當(dāng)抽采負(fù)壓為24KPa,抽采時(shí)間為43d時(shí),其抽采影響半徑為4m,抽采51d后影響半徑為5m;測(cè)試到了11-2煤層在采用94mm鉆孔進(jìn)行煤層瓦斯抽采,當(dāng)抽采負(fù)壓為24KPa,抽采時(shí)間為36d時(shí),其抽采影響半徑為3m,且可知瓦斯抽采鉆孔抽采47d時(shí)影響半徑為4.5m,抽采54d后影響半徑為5m。根據(jù)抽采時(shí)間與半徑之間的關(guān)系,優(yōu)化了11-2煤層、13-1煤層底板穿層鉆孔的布置,將相鄰兩個(gè)預(yù)抽鉆孔間距6m優(yōu)化為l0m間距布置,避免了設(shè)計(jì)和施工過(guò)程中煤層內(nèi)出現(xiàn)鉆孔的無(wú)效重疊,該測(cè)試結(jié)果為丁集煤礦瓦斯抽采及防治工作提供了重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the actual situation of gas occurrence in 11-2 coal seam and 13-1 coal seam in Dingji Coal Mine, the gas foundation parameters of 11 ~ 2N ~ (13) ~ (-1) coal seam are obtained by testing. By comparing the permeability coefficient of the two coal seams with the standard of extraction difficulty, it is concluded that the difficulty degree of extracting coal seam at the # 11-2 coal seam and the 13-1 coal seam borehole is forced extraction. It can be seen from the field test that the pressure drop method is a simple and effective method for determining the influence radius of borehole pumping through the bottom layer. In this paper, the testing principle and concrete method of pressure drop method are studied, and the field test of this method is carried out in Dingji Coal Mine. The test results are as follows: 13-1 coal seam in Dingji Coal Mine is using hole diameter 94mmm drainage borehole to carry out coal seam gas drainage. When the suction negative pressure is 24 KPA and the extraction time is 43 days, the influence radius of extraction is 4 m, and the influence radius is 5 m after 51 days of extraction. The test results show that 11-2 coal seam is using 94mm borehole to extract coal seam gas, when the suction negative pressure is 24 KPA, and the extraction time is 36 days, The influence radius of gas extraction is 3 m, and the influence radius is 4.5 m in 47 days and 5 m after 54 days of gas extraction. According to the relation between the extraction time and the radius, the arrangement of drilling holes in the floor of coal seam No. 13-1 in 11-2 coal seam is optimized, and the interval between the adjacent two pre-pumping boreholes is optimized to be 10 m spacing. The invalid overlap of boreholes in the coal seam during the design and construction is avoided. The test results provide an important basis for gas extraction and prevention in Dingji Coal Mine.
