安全生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控信息系統(tǒng)研究及設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:分析了告成煤礦構(gòu)建安全生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控信息系統(tǒng)的必要性,論述了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過程中遵循的基本原則,深入研究了安全生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控信息系統(tǒng)框架設(shè)計(jì)及其功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),其主要包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、重大隱患管理、事故管理、應(yīng)急救援管理、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、"三違"管理、監(jiān)督檢查、安全培訓(xùn)八個(gè)功能模塊。該系統(tǒng)能夠有效滿足告成煤礦安全監(jiān)管的需要,督促隱患及時(shí)有效的整改,提升礦井應(yīng)急管理能力,為該礦做出安全決策創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes on the necessity of constructing a safety production risk management and control information system in Goucheng Coal Mine, discusses the basic principles followed in the design of the system, and deeply studies the framework design and function module design of the safety production risk management and control information system. It mainly includes eight functional modules: risk management, major hidden danger management, accident management, emergency rescue management, quality standardization, "three violations" management, supervision and inspection, and safety training. The system can effectively meet the needs of safety supervision in Gaocheng Coal Mine, urge the hidden dangers to be corrected in time and effectively, improve the ability of mine emergency management, and create a good condition for the safety decision of the mine.
