【摘要】：針對煤礦生產(chǎn)過程中瓦斯突出動力災(zāi)害難以預(yù)測的難題,設(shè)計了一套通過測定煤樣瓦斯參數(shù)預(yù)測瓦斯突出災(zāi)害的智能檢測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以STM32F103控制器為核心,根據(jù)等壓解吸原理測定不同時間點取樣罐內(nèi)的壓力變化,進(jìn)而根據(jù)測得的相應(yīng)瓦斯指標(biāo)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,最終對工作面瓦斯突出危險性進(jìn)行預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem that the dynamic disaster of gas outburst in coal mine is difficult to predict, a set of intelligent detection system is designed to predict the gas outburst disaster by measuring the gas parameters of coal sample. The system takes STM32F103 controller as the core, according to the principle of isobaric desorption, the pressure changes in the sampling tank at different time points are measured, and then the data are processed according to the corresponding gas index measured, and the danger of gas outburst in the working face is finally forecasted.
