【摘要】：為減少民航機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢人員的違章行為、提升民航機(jī)場(chǎng)安全水平,研究民航機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢員的心理授權(quán)與違章行為之間的關(guān)系。在心理授權(quán)與違章行為關(guān)系中加入安全意識(shí)、安全動(dòng)機(jī)和安全服從3個(gè)中介變量,構(gòu)建機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢人員心理授權(quán)與違章行為關(guān)系的理論假設(shè)模型;通過(guò)實(shí)證研究收集國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)場(chǎng)的安檢員相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)已構(gòu)建的理論假設(shè)模型采取結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢員心理授權(quán)與違章行為存在一定相關(guān)性,即通過(guò)安全意識(shí)、安全動(dòng)機(jī)與安全服從對(duì)違章行為產(chǎn)生間接影響;心理授權(quán)通過(guò)違章行為產(chǎn)生間接影響,通過(guò)安全意識(shí)、安全動(dòng)機(jī)和安全服從的中介作用對(duì)心理授權(quán)與安全意識(shí)、安全動(dòng)機(jī)和安全服從均呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關(guān)。其中,對(duì)于安全動(dòng)機(jī)的影響最大,其次是安全意識(shí),影響最小的是安全服從;安全意識(shí)、安全動(dòng)機(jī)和安全服從對(duì)于機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢員的無(wú)意識(shí)違章、失控違章和故意違章3個(gè)維度均呈現(xiàn)顯著負(fù)相關(guān);安全動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)于違章行為的3個(gè)維度產(chǎn)生影響的差異性最小,即安全意識(shí)動(dòng)機(jī)越高,機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢員的違章行為的出現(xiàn)概率就會(huì)越低;安全服從與機(jī)場(chǎng)安檢員的故意違章行為顯著正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the illegal behavior of civil aviation airport security inspectors and improve the level of civil aviation airport security, the relationship between psychological authorization and illegal behavior of civil aviation airport security inspectors was studied. In the relationship between psychological authorization and illegal behavior, a theoretical hypothetical model of the relationship between psychological authorization and illegal behavior of airport security inspectors is constructed by adding security consciousness, safety motivation and safety clothing from three intermediary variables. Based on the empirical research, this paper collects the relevant data of the domestic airport security inspectors, and tests the structural equation model (SEM) of the theoretical hypothetical model that has been constructed. The results show that there is a certain correlation between psychological authorization and violations of regulations of airport security inspectors, that is, through safety awareness, security motivation and safety clothing have indirect effects on violations of regulations, psychological authorization has indirect effects through violations of regulations. There was a significant positive correlation between psychological authorization and safety awareness, safety motivation and safety clothing conformance through the intermediary role of safety motivation and safety clothing conformance. Among them, the influence on safety motivation is the most, followed by safety consciousness, and the least influence is safety clothing conformance; safety awareness, safety motivation and safety clothing are unconscious violations of regulations for airport security inspectors. The three dimensions of out of control violation and intentional violation showed significant negative correlation, and the difference of security motivation to the three dimensions of violation was the least, that is, the higher the security consciousness motivation was, the higher the safety consciousness motivation was. The probability of illegal behavior of airport security inspector will be lower, and safety clothing is positively correlated with intentional violation of airport security inspector.
