連續(xù)流反應技術開發(fā)及其在制藥危險工藝中的應用

【摘要】:當前,化學制藥過程仍然存在許多極易導致泄漏、火災、爆炸、中毒的工藝——"危險工藝"。傳統(tǒng)間歇釜式生產方式存在傳質傳熱效率低、產品質量穩(wěn)定性差、生產效率低等缺點,尤其在處理"危險工藝"過程中,釜式反應過程安全隱患大。而連續(xù)流反應技術具有在線反應量少、傳質傳熱效率高、參數(shù)控制精確、工藝穩(wěn)定、安全高效等優(yōu)點,能使"危險工藝"在安全高效的可控模式下運行。本文主要介紹連續(xù)流反應技術在光氣及光氣化、氯化、硝化等典型"危險工藝"中的成功應用案例,進一步闡明連續(xù)流反應技術的顯著優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still many chemical pharmaceutical processes that can easily lead to leakage, fire, explosion and poisoning-"dangerous process". The traditional batch reactor production method has some disadvantages such as low heat transfer efficiency, poor product quality stability, low production efficiency and so on. Especially in the process of dealing with "dangerous process", the safety hidden danger of the reactor reaction process is great. The continuous flow reaction technology has the advantages of little reaction quantity, high heat transfer efficiency, precise parameter control, stable process and high safety and high efficiency. It can make the "dangerous process" run in a safe and efficient controllable mode. This paper mainly introduces the successful application of continuous flow reaction technology in typical "dangerous processes" such as phosgene and photogasification, chlorination and nitrification, and further illustrates the remarkable advantages of continuous flow reaction technology.
