基于模糊層次分析的船舶通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:船舶系統(tǒng)的安全性是船舶工程中的重要研究課題。對(duì)船舶通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估可以加強(qiáng)船舶安全性、提高船舶的工作效率。因?yàn)榈厍蛏系淖匀毁Y源十分有限,隨著水面上船舶通航密度的不斷增加,新增船舶航線與已有航線不斷地交叉,使得水面船舶通航管理變得十分復(fù)雜。本文基于模糊層次分析方法,研究了船舶通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。分析了模糊數(shù)學(xué)以及模糊層次分析方法;探討了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)綜合評(píng)估方法及其重要性;總結(jié)了船舶通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估因素體系及其構(gòu)建方法。本課題的研究對(duì)于我國船舶通航風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系的構(gòu)建有著重要的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The safety of ship system is an important research topic in ship engineering. The evaluation of ship navigation risk can enhance ship safety and improve ship working efficiency. Because the natural resources on the earth are very limited, with the continuous increase of ship navigation density on the water surface, the new ship routes cross with the existing ones constantly, which makes the navigation management of surface ships become very complex. In this paper, the design method of ship navigation risk assessment system is studied based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are analyzed, the comprehensive risk assessment method and its importance are discussed, and the risk assessment factor system of ship navigation and its construction method are summarized. The research of this topic has an important guiding function for the construction of ship navigation risk assessment system in China.
