次高溫高壓煤變形產氣裝置及試驗

【摘要】:為了研究次高溫高壓條件下、在變形作用過程中煤是否發(fā)生化學變化而產生氣體以及產氣機理和規(guī)律,研制了一種次高溫高壓煤變形產氣試驗裝置,并對裝置密封、氣體觀測收集等關鍵技術難點進行了分析。該試驗裝置主要由加載系統(tǒng)、密封反應釜系統(tǒng)、溫控加熱系統(tǒng)以及氣體觀測收集系統(tǒng)4個部分組成。最大加載軸壓為100 MPa,最高加熱穩(wěn)定溫度200℃,試樣尺寸為Φ50 mm×100 mm。該裝置具有如下特點:氣密性良好,并可長時間進行恒溫恒壓加載,最長可連續(xù)加載360 h;結構簡單,易操作,成本低,系統(tǒng)可靠性高。試驗初期,利用該裝置對兩種不同煤級煤進行軸壓10~50 MPa,溫度100℃和150℃的變形產氣試驗,得到不同溫度、不同壓力條件下煤的變形產氣特征。試驗結果表明,該試驗裝置為煤變形產氣的相關試驗研究提供了有效的手段,具有較大的實用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to study whether the chemical change of coal produces gas and the mechanism and law of gas production during the process of deformation under the condition of secondary high temperature and high pressure, a test device for deformation and gas production of secondary high temperature and high pressure coal is developed, and the device is sealed. The key technical difficulties such as gas observation and collection are analyzed. The test device consists of four parts: loading system, sealed reactor system, temperature control heating system and gas observation and collection system.
