【摘要】：為準確度量鐵路易燃易爆品運輸事故的人員危害和財產(chǎn)損失,在傳統(tǒng)雙指標?(事故泄漏率和事故泄漏后果)?風險度量模型的基礎上,結合易燃易爆品事故多為火災爆炸事故的特點,建立適用于鐵路易燃易爆品運輸?shù)娘L險精細度量模型。其中,事故泄漏率綜合考慮包裝破損率及易燃易爆品泄漏率,并采用統(tǒng)計學方法計算得出事故發(fā)生率,采用?logistic?回歸分析法得出易燃易爆品包裝破損概率;事故泄漏后果綜合考慮人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失,并將人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失進行統(tǒng)一量綱化,同時,采用不同模型確定出人員傷亡影響區(qū)域和財產(chǎn)損失影響區(qū)域,進而量化出事故泄漏后果。該風險度量模型為易燃易爆品運輸風險管理提供了理論基礎,為選擇易燃易爆品運輸路徑提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the accuracy of railway flammable and explosive transport accidents of human hazards and property losses in the traditional double index? (accident leakage rate and consequences of accident leakage)? Based on the risk measurement model and combined with the characteristics that flammable and explosive accidents are mostly fire and explosion accidents, a fine risk measurement model suitable for railway transportation of flammable and explosive products is established. The accident leakage rate considered package breakage rate and flammable explosive leakage rate, and the accident rate was calculated by statistical method. The results of regression analysis show that the packing breakage probability of flammable and explosive products, the consequences of accident leakage take into account casualties and property losses, and the casualties and property losses are unified and dimensioned, at the same time, Different models are used to determine the affected areas of casualties and property losses, and then the leakage consequences of accidents are quantified. The risk measurement model provides a theoretical basis for the transportation risk management of flammable and explosive products, and provides a reference for choosing the route of transportation of flammable and explosive products.
