【摘要】：絕大多數(shù)核電廠概率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)均以單個(gè)反應(yīng)堆為單位,安全目標(biāo)的制定也是如此。事實(shí)上,同一場(chǎng)址(site)上有多座核電廠(plant)、同一廠址(plant)上有多個(gè)反應(yīng)堆(reactor)的情況并不罕見(jiàn)。為將概率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)從單個(gè)反應(yīng)堆推廣至整個(gè)場(chǎng)址,本文在定義場(chǎng)址風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)始發(fā)事件展開(kāi)分析,給出其分類(lèi)及識(shí)別方法建議。分析表明,多堆場(chǎng)址的始發(fā)事件可歸入2類(lèi)單堆始發(fā)事件,以及3類(lèi)多堆始發(fā)事件。此結(jié)果是開(kāi)展多堆場(chǎng)址概率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的第1步,具有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Most probabilistic risk assessments of nuclear power plants are based on individual reactors, as are safety objectives. In fact, it is not uncommon for (site) to have multiple nuclear power plants on the same site, (plant), on the same site, and multiple reactors on (plant) on the same site. In order to extend the probabilistic risk assessment from a single reactor to the whole site, this paper defines the site risk, analyzes the origin events, and gives some suggestions for classification and identification. The analysis shows that the initiation events of multi-heap sites can be classified into two types of single-heap events and three types of multi-heap events. The results are the first step in the probabilistic risk assessment of multi-reactor sites and are of great value.
