煤礦井下磁化水與表面活性劑高效協(xié)同降塵技術(shù)

【摘要】:為更有效地防治井下易于飄散的小粒徑粉塵,基于表面活性劑與磁化協(xié)同降塵理論,通過(guò)溶液表面張力、接觸角性能測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了磁化對(duì)溶液濕潤(rùn)降塵性能的影響,研發(fā)了一種能與磁化發(fā)生良好增效作用的活性添加劑,研究得出磁化與活性劑耦合作用能提高溶液濕潤(rùn)粉塵性能的最佳磁化參數(shù),即磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度350 m T、水流速度4 m/s,并以此結(jié)合脈動(dòng)切割磁化與螺旋擾流的高效磁化原理,發(fā)明了一套井下降塵用活性磁化水的高效磁化裝置及系統(tǒng),經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用表明:0.03%復(fù)配活性劑溶液經(jīng)高效磁化裝置在最佳磁化參數(shù)的脈動(dòng)切割磁化作用下,其降塵能力提高9%以上;相對(duì)于現(xiàn)有水噴霧降塵技術(shù),該新型降塵技術(shù)對(duì)井下全塵及呼塵的除去效率分別提高了31.79%,44.94%,改善了井下工作環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of surfactant and magnetization, the effect of magnetization on the wetting and dedusting performance of the solution was studied by testing the surface tension and contact angle of the solution. A kind of active additive with good synergism with magnetization has been developed. The optimum magnetization parameters for the coupling of magnetization and active agent to improve the performance of wet dust in solution have been obtained. That is, the magnetic field intensity is 350 m T, the flow velocity is 4 m / s, and combining the high efficiency magnetization principle of pulsating cutting magnetization and spiral disturbing flow, a set of high efficiency magnetization device and system of active magnetized water for downhole dust control is invented. The field application shows that the dedusting ability of the complex active agent solution of 0: 0.03% is increased by more than 9% under the action of pulsating cutting magnetization with the best magnetization parameter, compared with the existing water spray dust control technology, The removal efficiency of the new dust-lowering technology for downhole dusts and exhaling dust has been increased by 31.7990% and 44.94%, respectively, and the underground working environment has been improved.
