【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及組成設(shè)備抗干擾能力較差的問題,根據(jù)國(guó)家煤礦安全監(jiān)察局對(duì)煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造提出的"增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)及組成設(shè)備的抗電磁干擾能力"的要求,從設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)、軟件設(shè)計(jì)等方面闡述如何提高目前安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及組成設(shè)備的抗干擾能力。實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,采用本文所述抗干擾設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備可通過3級(jí)靜電放電抗擾度試驗(yàn)、2級(jí)射頻電磁場(chǎng)輻射抗擾度試驗(yàn)等試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of poor anti-interference ability of existing coal mine safety monitoring system and component equipment, According to the requirements of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Supervision for the upgrading and upgrading of the coal mine safety monitoring system, the requirements of "enhancing the ability of the system and its components to resist electromagnetic interference" are discussed, including the design of the mechanical structure of the equipment, the design of the hardware circuit, How to improve the anti-interference ability of the current security monitoring system and its components is described in software design. The practical application results show that the equipment designed in this paper can be tested by the three-stage electrostatic discharge immunity test and the second-stage radio-frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test.
