基于壓汞試驗(yàn)的煤可壓縮性研究及壓縮量校正

【摘要】:為了提高壓汞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可靠性和適用性,以準(zhǔn)確表征煤的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)彈性力學(xué)基本原理,結(jié)合分形分維的思想,在10~206 MPa壓力范圍內(nèi),基于壓汞數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算了煤基質(zhì)的壓縮系數(shù),并結(jié)合液氮吸附數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)壓汞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行校正。得到煤樣的基質(zhì)壓縮系數(shù)在0.671×10-10~1.23×10-10m2/N,校正后總孔容與校正前相差48.62%~54.89%,孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)與液氮吸附試驗(yàn)結(jié)果更加接近。壓力大于206 MPa時(shí)煤的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)變化十分復(fù)雜,對(duì)應(yīng)孔徑小于6 nm的測試結(jié)果不宜采用。壓力在10~206 MPa時(shí),累計(jì)壓縮量與填充量呈冪函數(shù)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reliability and applicability of mercury injection test results and accurately characterize the pore structure of coal, according to the basic principles of elasticity and fractal dimension, in the pressure range of 10 ~ 206 MPa, The compression coefficient of coal matrix was calculated based on mercury injection data, and the results of mercury injection test were corrected with liquid nitrogen adsorption data. The matrix compression coefficient of coal sample is 0.671 脳 10 ~ (-10) ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (-10) m ~ (2 / N), the difference of total pore volume after correction is 48.62% ~ 54.89, and the pore structure is closer to the result of liquid nitrogen adsorption test. The change of pore structure of coal is very complicated when the pressure is more than 206 MPa, so it is not suitable to use the test results of pore diameter less than 6 nm. When the pressure is 10 ~ 206 MPa, the relationship between the cumulative compression and the filling is a power function.
