長平礦保護(hù)層開采卸壓增透技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:長平煤礦瓦斯含量高、透氣性低,煤層構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,F(xiàn)在開采的3#煤四盤區(qū)是高瓦斯區(qū),屬于較難抽采煤層。隨著開采水平的日益加深,瓦斯問題日漸突出,瓦斯隱患已嚴(yán)重威脅礦井的安全生產(chǎn)。通過對長平保護(hù)層開采卸壓增透技術(shù)研究,為長平礦保護(hù)層開采及瓦斯抽采提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 在對長平礦地質(zhì)條件分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合長平礦煤巖物理力學(xué)參數(shù)、地應(yīng)力測量結(jié)果,應(yīng)用理論分析、地質(zhì)分析、實驗研究和數(shù)值模擬等方法對長平礦保護(hù)層開采進(jìn)行卸壓增透技術(shù)研究。 分析了長平礦保護(hù)層開采的可行性,得出長平礦8#煤作為3#煤的開采保護(hù)層是可行的,確定了3#煤四盤區(qū)的保護(hù)范圍和各工作面保護(hù)范圍;通過數(shù)值模擬研究了長平礦保護(hù)層開采后被保護(hù)層的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律、移動變形規(guī)律和透氣性變化規(guī)律,研究結(jié)果表明,在保護(hù)層工作面采高大于1.2m,保護(hù)層和被保護(hù)層的層間距為37m左右時,保護(hù)層的開采能夠使被保護(hù)層產(chǎn)生較好的卸壓增透效果。采高越大,卸壓增透效果越好;分析了保護(hù)層開采后被保護(hù)層煤層透氣性變化規(guī)律,為被保護(hù)層卸壓瓦斯抽采方式的選擇和抽采鉆孔的布置提供了理論依據(jù);根據(jù)長平礦保護(hù)層開采應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律、移動變形規(guī)律和透氣性變化規(guī)律,結(jié)合保護(hù)層的開采條件,確定了保護(hù)層工作面合理的采高范圍;初步提出了瓦斯抽采方案。
[Abstract]:Changping coal mine has high gas content, low permeability and complicated coal seam structure. Currently, the four-disk coal mining area is high gas area, which is difficult to extract coal seam. With the deepening of mining level, the gas problem is becoming more and more serious, and the hidden danger of gas has seriously threatened the safety of mine production. Through the research on pressure relief and antireflection technology of Changping protective layer mining, this paper provides scientific basis for the mining of protective layer and gas drainage in Changping Coal Mine. Based on the analysis of the geological conditions of Changping Mine, combined with the physical and mechanical parameters of coal and rock, the results of in-situ stress measurement, the application of theoretical analysis and geological analysis, Experimental research and numerical simulation are used to study the pressure relief and antireflection technology of protective layer mining in Changping Mine. The feasibility of mining protective layer in Changping coal mine is analyzed, and it is concluded that 8# coal in Changping coal mine is feasible as a protective layer of coal mining. The protection range of four plates of coal and the protection range of each working face are determined. Through numerical simulation, the distribution law of stress, the law of moving deformation and the law of change of permeability of protective layer after mining of protective layer in Changping mine are studied. The results show that, When the mining height is more than 1.2 m and the interval between the protective layer and the protected layer is about 37 m, the mining of the protective layer can make the protective layer produce better anti-reflection effect. The higher the mining height, the better the effect of pressure relief and antireflection, the change law of gas permeability of protected seam after mining is analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis for the selection of pressure relief gas extraction mode and the arrangement of drainage borehole. According to the distribution law of mining stress, the law of moving deformation and the law of change of permeability of protective layer in Changping Coal Mine, the reasonable mining height range of protective layer face is determined in combination with the mining condition of protective layer, and the scheme of gas drainage is put forward preliminarily.
