【摘要】:海陽港區(qū)是煙臺港的重要港區(qū),作為海陽市臨港產業(yè)開發(fā)和產業(yè)集聚的重要依托,自1980年開港,之后長達二十余年內處于基本停滯狀態(tài)。目前,海陽港區(qū)的年吞吐能力遠不能支撐海陽港區(qū)未來的發(fā)展,也不能適應經濟全球化和船舶大型化發(fā)展的要求,對當地經濟的發(fā)展將形成制約。海陽港區(qū)具有優(yōu)越的地理位置和良好的建港條件,適合建設大型深水碼頭和航道,從促進當地經濟發(fā)展和適應吞吐量發(fā)展需求的角度,中交二航海陽建設發(fā)展有限公司擬在東部作業(yè)區(qū)(地理坐標位為E121。15'-121。25'、N36。30'-36045')建設“煙臺港海陽港區(qū)東作業(yè)區(qū)1#、2#通用泊位工程項目”以及與之配套的5萬噸級航道工程。 本文依據海陽港區(qū)東作業(yè)區(qū)5萬噸級航道工程方案,首先,結合航道工程所處地理位置、工程概況對港口航道環(huán)境進行分析,并對航道未來的交通流發(fā)展進行預測分析;其次,根據航道工程平面布置方案,對航道設計要素包括航道有效寬度以及航道通航船型進行研究;再次,分析航道工程與自然環(huán)境、港口環(huán)境、交通環(huán)境的相互影響程度;最后,采用模糊綜合評判的方法對5萬噸級航道通航安全進行評價,判定為較安全。同時指出安全是一個相對的概念,各種因素可能隨著環(huán)境改變而改變,安全保障措施甚至會導致事故的發(fā)生。本文的分析,可以為煙臺港海陽港區(qū)東作業(yè)區(qū)5萬噸級航道工程通航安全提供參考依據,以保證船舶的航行安全。
[Abstract]:Haiyang Port area is an important port area of Yantai Port. As an important support of industrial development and industrial agglomeration of Haiyang port, Haiyang Port was opened in 1980 and has been in a state of stagnation for more than 20 years. At present, the annual throughput capacity of Haiyang Port area can not support the future development of Haiyang Port area, nor can it adapt to the requirements of economic globalization and large-scale development of ships, which will restrict the development of local economy. The Haiyang Port area, with its superior geographical location and favorable conditions for port construction, is suitable for the construction of large deepwater wharfs and waterways in order to promote local economic development and adapt to the needs of throughput development. Zhongjiao Erhang Haiyang Construction and Development Co., Ltd is planning to build the "1 #2# general berth project" in the eastern operation area (with geographical coordinates of E121.15- 121.25N36.30- 36045N) and its matching 50,000 dwt waterway project. In this paper, according to the project scheme of 50,000 ton waterway in Haiyang Port East Operation area, firstly, combining with the location of waterway engineering, the paper analyzes the waterway environment of the port, and forecasts the future traffic flow of the waterway; secondly, it analyzes the traffic flow in the future. According to the layout of waterway engineering, the design elements of waterway including channel effective width and navigation ship type are studied. Thirdly, the interaction between waterway engineering and natural environment, port environment and traffic environment is analyzed. Finally, A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the navigable safety of 50 000 ton waterway. At the same time, it is pointed out that safety is a relative concept, and various factors may change with the change of environment, and safety measures may even lead to accidents. The analysis of this paper can provide a reference basis for the navigation safety of the 50,000 dwt waterway project in Haiyang Port, Yantai Port, in order to ensure the navigation safety of the ship.
