【摘要】：目的分析某高爾夫球桿生產(chǎn)企業(yè)主要的職業(yè)病危害情況及其危害后果。方法收集、整理、分析某高爾夫球桿生產(chǎn)企業(yè)1995—2013年的職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理檔案、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生學(xué)調(diào)查、職業(yè)病危害因素檢測(cè)、職業(yè)健康檢查和職業(yè)病診斷與鑒定等相關(guān)資料。結(jié)果該企業(yè)1 431名生產(chǎn)工人的職業(yè)病危害因素接觸率為50.7%(726/1 431),噪聲、粉塵、手傳振動(dòng)和化學(xué)毒物等職業(yè)病危害因素接觸率分別為36.4%、31.7%、20.3%和11.6%。2012年工作場(chǎng)所手傳振動(dòng)4 h等能量頻率計(jì)權(quán)加速度中位數(shù)為7.68(1.88~66.53)m/s~2,超標(biāo)率為63.0%(17/27)。2009—2013年共診斷職業(yè)病104例共105例次,其中,職業(yè)性手臂振動(dòng)病93例次(占88.6%),職業(yè)性噪聲聾7例次(占6.7%),慢性苯中毒3例次(占2.8%),矽肺2例次(占1.9%)。手傳振動(dòng)作業(yè)工人職業(yè)性手臂振動(dòng)病發(fā)病率為32.1%(93/290)。結(jié)論高爾夫球桿生產(chǎn)企業(yè)存在多種職業(yè)病危害因素,以手傳振動(dòng)危害后果最嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the occupational hazards and their consequences in a golf club manufacturer. Methods to collect, sort out and analyze the occupational health management files, occupational health survey, occupational hazard factors, occupational health examination, diagnosis and identification of occupational diseases in a golf club manufacturing enterprise from 1995 to 2013. Results the occupational hazard factor exposure rate of 1 431 workers in this enterprise was 50.726 / 1 431%, noise, dust, etc. The exposure rates of occupational disease hazards such as hand-borne vibration and chemical poisons were 36.3% and 11.6%, respectively. In 2012, the median of energy frequency, equal energy frequency, weight and acceleration for 4 hours of manual vibration in the workplace was 7.68 / 1.88 / 66.53 m / s / m / s ~ 2, respectively. The rate of exceeding the standard was 63.017 / 27.2009-2013 for 104 cases of occupational diseases, among which, 105 cases were diagnosed. 93 cases of occupational arm vibration disease (88.6%), 7 cases of occupational noise deafness (6.7%), 3 cases of chronic benzene poisoning (2.8%), 2 cases of silicosis (1.9%). The incidence of occupational arm vibration in workers exposed to manual vibration was 32.1 / 290. Conclusion there are many kinds of occupational hazard factors in golf club production enterprises.
