涌山礦石門揭煤突出主要影響因素及防治措施研究

【摘要】:涌山煤礦是一個煤與瓦斯突出礦井,尤其是在石門揭煤中突出強度大、破壞性強。隨著開采深度的增加,地應(yīng)力和瓦斯壓力也相應(yīng)增加,加大了煤與瓦斯突出的危險性。本文采用理論研究、現(xiàn)場實測、實驗分析、計算機模擬等綜合研究方法,對涌山煤礦石門揭煤過程中煤與瓦斯突出的主要影響因素進行了研究,并提出了適合該礦石門揭煤的防突措施。 地應(yīng)力、瓦斯壓力、煤巖體的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)是影響煤與瓦斯突出的三個重要因素,本文分別采用不同的方法對涌山煤礦影響突出的這三個因素進行了研究。在理論研究方面,結(jié)合煤與瓦斯突出機理的研究成果,研究了石門揭煤的突出過程及此過程中各因素的作用,研究了煤層的力學(xué)性能、破壞準(zhǔn)則,掌握了突出煤層的特點。選擇了二、四、五三個主采煤層進行現(xiàn)場突出參數(shù)測定,通過測定的相關(guān)突出參數(shù),結(jié)合礦區(qū)突出的歷史資料對其進行了初步的分析整理和評判。對影響煤層透氣性的因素進行了分析,研究了在石門揭煤過程中,煤層透氣性的變化規(guī)律,測定了各煤層的透氣性系數(shù)、鉆孔瓦斯衰減系數(shù),并通過這些參數(shù)對煤層的瓦斯抽采難易程度進行了分析,對實施瓦斯治理措施有一定指導(dǎo)意義。利用FLAC3D軟件對石門揭煤過程中地應(yīng)力的變化情況進行了模擬,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際突出情況對模擬結(jié)果進行了分析,得出了揭煤過程中巷道周圍應(yīng)力分布的規(guī)律,對現(xiàn)場采取煤層卸壓措施有一定指導(dǎo)意義,從而有助于預(yù)防煤與瓦斯突出事故;對該礦石門揭煤提出了煤層瓦斯預(yù)抽、金屬骨架、煤體固化三項防突措施,并取得了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:Gongshan coal mine is a coal and gas outburst mine, especially in Shimen uncovering coal outburst strength and destructive. With the increase of mining depth, the in-situ stress and gas pressure increase correspondingly, which increases the danger of coal and gas outburst. In this paper, the main influencing factors of coal and gas outburst in the process of uncovering coal in Shimen coal mine of Yongshan coal mine are studied by means of theoretical research, field measurement, experimental analysis, computer simulation and so on. At the same time, the measures of preventing outburst suitable for uncovering coal in Shimen mine are put forward. Ground stress, gas pressure and physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock mass are three important factors affecting coal and gas outburst. In the aspect of theoretical research, combined with the research results of coal and gas outburst mechanism, this paper studies the outburst process of Shimen uncovering coal and the role of various factors in the process, studies the mechanical properties and failure criteria of coal seam, and grasps the characteristics of outburst coal seam. Two, four and fifty-three main coal seams are selected to measure the outburst parameters in the field. Through the relevant outburst parameters measured, combined with the historical data of outburst in the mining area, the preliminary analysis and evaluation of the outburst parameters are carried out. The factors influencing the permeability of coal seam are analyzed, and the changing law of permeability of coal seam in the process of uncovering coal in Shimen is studied. The permeability coefficient of each coal seam and the attenuation coefficient of borehole gas are measured. Through these parameters, the difficulty degree of gas drainage in coal seam is analyzed, which is of certain guiding significance to the implementation of gas control measures. The variation of in-situ stress in Shimen coal uncovering process is simulated by using FLAC3D software, and the simulation results are analyzed in combination with the actual outburst situation on the spot, and the law of stress distribution around the roadway during coal uncovering is obtained. It is helpful to prevent coal and gas outburst accidents, and three measures of preventing coal seam gas pre-drainage, metal skeleton and coal body solidification are put forward. And achieved good results.
