基于系統(tǒng)測溫的矸石山自燃狀況評估方法

【摘要】:為了解決自燃矸石山治理過程中的測溫難點,準確評估其火情狀況,與工程實踐相結(jié)合,建立了一套系統(tǒng)測溫方法。系統(tǒng)測溫方法按溫度級將自燃矸石山劃分為4個區(qū):防控區(qū)、臨界區(qū)、蓄熱區(qū)以及發(fā)火區(qū);測溫從水平和垂直2個方向逐漸逼近高溫區(qū),直至鎖定矸石山內(nèi)部發(fā)火區(qū)。應用該方法對烏海美方礦1座矸石山進行系統(tǒng)測溫,依據(jù)測溫結(jié)果準確判定出防控區(qū)、臨界區(qū)、蓄熱區(qū)及發(fā)火區(qū),其中,發(fā)火區(qū)及蓄熱區(qū)作為滅火施工的重點區(qū)域,主要位于邊坡中上部。研究認為,該方法省時省力地評估了矸石山的自燃狀況,測溫評估結(jié)果直接指導自燃矸石山的滅火施工。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the difficulty of temperature measurement in the control process of spontaneous combustion gangue mountain, a system temperature measurement method is established by combining with the engineering practice. The system temperature measurement method divides the spontaneous combustion gangue mountain into 4 areas according to the temperature level: the control area, the critical area, the regenerative area and the firing zone, and the temperature measurement is gradually forced from the horizontal and vertical directions in 2 directions. In the near high temperature area, the fire area of the Gangue Mountain is locked up. The method is used to measure the temperature of 1 gangue mountains in Wuhai mine. According to the results of the temperature measurement, the control area, the critical area, the regenerative area and the firing area are accurately determined. This method saves time and effort to assess the spontaneous combustion status of the waste dump, and the results of temperature measurement directly guide the fire fighting construction of spontaneous combustion gangue hill.
