綜放采空區(qū)遺煤自燃高效阻化泡沫防治技術(shù)

【摘要】:為解決綜放工作面采空區(qū)遺煤自燃的問題,在分析煤中活性基團反應(yīng)過程的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于羥基型阻化劑的高效阻化泡沫防滅火技術(shù),并對其阻化性能進行了效果考察:阻化劑將煤樣交叉點溫度延遲了37.6℃;煤中活性基團(甲基、亞甲基)的氧化得到遏制。構(gòu)建了高效阻化泡沫防滅火系統(tǒng),并在大佛寺煤礦40106綜放工作面得到了應(yīng)用,成功撲滅采空區(qū)隱蔽火源,24 h內(nèi)將CO體積分數(shù)控制在24×10-6以下,火區(qū)熄滅后沒有出現(xiàn)復(fù)燃跡象。
