新型膠粘捕塵裝置風(fēng)速與捕塵效果實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:煤炭作為我國主要能源的地位,在較長的時(shí)間內(nèi)不會發(fā)生變化,煤炭產(chǎn)量將一直維持在較高的水平。我國煤炭開采主要為井工開采,煤礦井下采煤、巖巷、煤巷掘進(jìn)等作業(yè)場所粉塵濃度居高不下,對作業(yè)人員造成職業(yè)傷害,特別是含有游離的二氧化硅的粉塵,是引起塵肺病的主要原因,煤塵還可以引起粉塵爆炸等,嚴(yán)重威脅到煤炭的安全生產(chǎn)和井下工人的身心健康。 本文對粉塵的產(chǎn)生、危害進(jìn)行了概述,報(bào)告了粉塵防治措施的現(xiàn)狀,提出了將一種新型的膠粘劑引入到煤礦井下,并應(yīng)用在產(chǎn)生高濃度粉塵的作業(yè)場所,匹配以合理的通風(fēng)條件,形成一套新型的膠粘捕塵裝置,為降低作業(yè)場所粉塵濃度提供了新的思路和方法。 根據(jù)膠粘捕塵材料的捕塵機(jī)理,結(jié)合氣溶膠力學(xué)、氣固兩相流理論,本文設(shè)計(jì)了膠粘捕塵裝置試驗(yàn)臺,并在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下進(jìn)行了膠粘捕塵裝置風(fēng)速試驗(yàn)和捕塵效果試驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:膠粘捕塵裝置對粉塵主要有收集和截留兩方面作用,,具有較高的容塵量和較小的阻力損失;試驗(yàn)裝置的風(fēng)速試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了試驗(yàn)臺的設(shè)計(jì)符合捕塵效果試驗(yàn)中空氣動力參數(shù)的要求,一定條件下,捕塵裝置的總粉塵和呼吸性粉塵的除塵效率分別可達(dá)93.1%和80.8%。 新型膠粘捕塵裝置不僅對于總粉塵和呼吸性粉塵都有較高的捕塵效率,而且具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、節(jié)能環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn),能適應(yīng)井下現(xiàn)代化快速作業(yè)。通過進(jìn)一步試驗(yàn)研究和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),膠粘捕塵裝備將具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The status of coal as the main energy source in China will not change for a long time, and the coal output will be maintained at a higher level. Coal mining in China is mainly for well workers. The dust concentration of coal mining, rock roadway and coal roadway driving in coal mine is high, which causes occupational injury to workers, especially the dust containing free silica. Coal dust can also cause dust explosion, which seriously threatens the safety of coal production and the physical and mental health of underground workers. In this paper, the generation and harm of dust are summarized, the present situation of dust prevention and control measures is reported, and a new type of adhesive is introduced into the underground coal mine and applied in the work place of producing high concentration dust. With reasonable ventilation conditions, a new type of adhesive dust catching device is formed, which provides a new way of thinking and method for reducing the dust concentration in the workplace. According to the dust capture mechanism of adhesive dust trapping material, combined with aerosol mechanics and gas-solid two-phase flow theory, this paper designed a test rig for glue dust trapping device, and carried out the wind speed test and dust capture effect test of adhesive dust trapping device under laboratory conditions. The experimental results show that the gummed dust trap has two main functions of dust collection and retention, high dust capacity and small resistance loss, and the wind speed test of the test device, It is verified that the design of the test rig accords with the requirements of aerodynamic parameters in the dust capture effect test. Under certain conditions, the dust removal efficiency of the total dust and respiratory dust of the dust catching device can reach 93.1% and 80.8% respectively. The new type of adhesive dust catching device not only has high dust capture efficiency for total dust and respiratory dust, but also has the advantages of simple structure, energy saving and environmental protection, and can adapt to modern and rapid underground operation. Through further experimental study and optimization design, the adhesive dust catching equipment will have a broad application prospect.
