【摘要】:介紹LPG儲(chǔ)罐泄漏爆炸事故的類型、危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)以及事故后果的分析方法,以某LPG儲(chǔ)罐泄漏爆炸事故為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析。該事故案例屬于持續(xù)泄漏事故,導(dǎo)致該事故的危險(xiǎn)源是液化石油氣、人的不安全行為(未全程監(jiān)測(cè))、靜電或火花;根據(jù)輻射熱和沖擊波確定的危害半徑為1 071.8 m。根據(jù)泄漏爆炸事故的特點(diǎn)提出相應(yīng)的處置對(duì)策:快速調(diào)動(dòng)救援力量;火情偵查檢測(cè);組織人員緊急撤離;水冷法降低罐體溫度;關(guān)閥閥門,切斷LPG源;持續(xù)冷卻,清理監(jiān)護(hù);加強(qiáng)作戰(zhàn)人員個(gè)人防護(hù)等。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the type, hazard source identification and analysis method of LPG tank leakage explosion accident, and takes a LPG tank leakage explosion accident as the research object. The accident case belongs to the continuous leakage accident, and the dangerous source of the accident is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The unsafe behavior of human beings is not monitored in the whole process, static electricity or spark; the hazard radius determined according to the radiation heat and shock wave is 1 071.8 m. According to the characteristics of leakage and explosion accident, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: quick mobilization of rescue force, investigation and detection of fire situation, organization of emergency evacuation of personnel, lowering of tank temperature by water cooling method, closing valve, cutting off LPG source, continuous cooling, cleaning and monitoring; Strengthen the personal protection of combatants, etc.
