【摘要】：為準(zhǔn)確描述露天礦自卸卡車運(yùn)輸揚(yáng)塵的動(dòng)態(tài)三維流場(chǎng),采用動(dòng)網(wǎng)格技術(shù)及離散相模型的粒子跟蹤技術(shù)的耦合計(jì)算方法,模擬不同車速下自卸卡車周圍氣流與粉塵的分布特征,并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)。分析結(jié)果表明,粘附在路面的積塵是露天礦運(yùn)輸揚(yáng)塵的發(fā)塵源,氣流紊動(dòng)擴(kuò)散產(chǎn)生的剪切氣流和誘導(dǎo)氣流是粉塵顆粒飛揚(yáng)的動(dòng)因;隨著時(shí)間的推移,大部分未來(lái)得及沉降的粉塵顆粒在卡車后方飛揚(yáng),道路粉塵質(zhì)量濃度為418~956 mg/m~3;隨著自卸卡車車速的提高,近地面粉塵質(zhì)量濃度與揚(yáng)塵高度均增大。勝利東2號(hào)露天礦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)顯示,運(yùn)輸揚(yáng)塵污染情況嚴(yán)重,粉塵質(zhì)量濃度高達(dá)1 932.2 mg/m~3,各測(cè)試端面的實(shí)測(cè)值和模擬值相對(duì)誤差小于6.64%。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately describe the dynamic three-dimensional flow field of dump truck dust transport in opencast mine, the dynamic grid technique and the particle tracking method based on discrete phase model are used to simulate the distribution characteristics of air flow and dust around the dump truck at different speeds.Field measurement was carried out.The results show that the dust deposited on the road is the dust source of dust transport in opencast mines, and the shear flow and induced air flow caused by turbulent diffusion of air flow are the driving forces of dust particles flying, and with the passage of time,Most of the dust particles which have not been settled in time fly in the rear of the truck, and the mass concentration of dust on the road is 418 ~ 956 mg / m ~ (-3). With the increase of the speed of dump truck, the dust concentration and dust height near the ground increase.The field measurement of Shengdong No. 2 opencast mine shows that the pollution of transport dust is serious, the dust concentration is as high as 1 932.2 mg / m ~ (3), and the relative error between the measured value and the simulated value of each test face is less than 6.64%.
