運(yùn)輸包裝對(duì)危險(xiǎn)貨物道路運(yùn)輸安全的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及人民日益增長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)需求,越來(lái)越多的危險(xiǎn)化工品進(jìn)入到人們的生活中,使得危險(xiǎn)品的流通量逐年增加。在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中相比于道路運(yùn)輸,鐵路運(yùn)輸和水上運(yùn)輸?shù)南拗茥l件過(guò)多等因素,從而使道路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)呢涍\(yùn)量逐年遞增。同時(shí),由于道路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中隨機(jī)性高、危險(xiǎn)品種類復(fù)雜以及大多運(yùn)輸需要跨區(qū)域等,使道路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸存在很大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。故定量的研究道路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況具有重要意義。 影響危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸安全的因素主要包括兩個(gè)方面:一是危險(xiǎn)貨物的運(yùn)輸包裝;二是運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的外界環(huán)境。危險(xiǎn)品的包裝具有保護(hù)內(nèi)裝產(chǎn)品、方便儲(chǔ)運(yùn)的功能,然而,一旦危險(xiǎn)品在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中發(fā)生包裝破損,則往往會(huì)導(dǎo)致運(yùn)輸事故的發(fā)生。危險(xiǎn)品的包裝破損主要包括兩種情況:一種情況是包裝自身原因?qū)е碌模绶饪、設(shè)計(jì)等;另一種是由于外界因素的影響,如溫度、濕度等。 本文基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),通過(guò)重點(diǎn)分析道路危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中外界因素對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品包裝的影響,進(jìn)而分析外界因素對(duì)于道路危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸安全的影響。最終,構(gòu)建出以運(yùn)輸包裝為主其他因素為輔的道路危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,,并借助MATLAB仿真模擬軟件,驗(yàn)證了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系的可行性以及實(shí)用性。調(diào)用訓(xùn)練好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)對(duì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)對(duì)輸出結(jié)果進(jìn)行靈敏度分析以確定各指標(biāo)對(duì)輸出結(jié)果的影響程度,為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy and the increasing demand of the people , more and more dangerous chemicals have entered people ' s life , so that the flux of dangerous goods increases year by year .
The factors that affect the safety of dangerous goods transportation mainly include two aspects : one is the transport package of dangerous goods ;
secondly , the external environment in the transportation process . The packing of the dangerous goods has the function of protecting the inner packaging products and facilitating the storage and transportation , however , once the dangerous goods are damaged in the transportation process , the transportation accidents are often caused . The packaging and breakage of the dangerous goods mainly comprises two situations : one case is caused by the reasons of the packaging itself , such as sealing , design and the like ;
The other is due to external factors such as temperature , humidity , etc .
In this paper , based on the topological structure and characteristics of BP neural network , the influence of external factors on the safety of dangerous goods transportation is analyzed by analyzing the influence of external factors on the transportation safety of dangerous goods . Finally , the feasibility and practicability of risk evaluation system are verified by using MATLAB simulation software .
