水分對煤體瓦斯解吸擴散的影響

【摘要】:采用水蒸氣吸附法,分別制取了6種不同水分含量的2類煤樣進行瓦斯解吸擴散實驗.利用Langmuir方程經(jīng)驗公式擬合,計算得到了極限瓦斯解吸量;對解吸實驗前10min的甲烷解吸率和i醫(yī)進行線性擬合,通過計算得到了極限瓦斯解吸量和初始擴散系數(shù),并分析了水分對瓦斯解吸擴散的影響機理.實驗結(jié)果表明:水分含量對煤體瓦斯解吸擴散過程有顯著影響,0.45 MPa平衡壓力下,對于1#煤樣,水質(zhì)量分數(shù)由0.46%升高到3.5%時,極限瓦斯解吸量Q∞從8.63mL/g減小到4.24mL/g,降低50.87%,初期解吸率從70.87%減小至34.54%,降低36.33%;對于2#煤樣,水質(zhì)量分數(shù)由0.73%升高到4.16%時,Q∞從4.68mL/g減小到2.32mL/g,降低50.42%,初期解吸率從58.14%減小至37.16%,降低了20.98%;水分作用下,煤體瓦斯解吸能力大幅度降低;極限瓦斯解吸量、初期解吸率、初始擴散系數(shù)均隨水分含量的增加而減小.
[Abstract]:Six kinds of coal samples with different moisture content were prepared by steam adsorption method for gas desorption and diffusion experiments.Using empirical formula fitting of Langmuir equation, the limit gas desorption capacity was calculated, the methane desorption rate of 10min before desorption experiment and I doctor were fitted linearly, and the limit gas desorption capacity and initial diffusion coefficient were calculated.The influence mechanism of moisture on gas desorption and diffusion was analyzed.The experimental results show that the moisture content has a significant effect on the desorption and diffusion process of coal gas.
