采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件致因分析與組合干預(yù)對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著煤礦機(jī)械化水平的提高,煤礦生產(chǎn)效率在提高的同時(shí)也伴隨著機(jī)械作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的發(fā)生。作為煤礦開(kāi)采的重要設(shè)備,采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的發(fā)生不但影響著設(shè)備的安全狀態(tài),還影響著一線操作員工的生理狀態(tài),且往往是引發(fā)采煤機(jī)事故的前兆事件。預(yù)防采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的發(fā)生,是控制煤礦事故,實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重要舉措。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面。首先,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述對(duì)險(xiǎn)兆事件的基礎(chǔ)理論和險(xiǎn)兆事件的管理理論進(jìn)行了分析。對(duì)采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件進(jìn)行了定義;辨析了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件和危險(xiǎn)源及事故隱患的關(guān)系;區(qū)分了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件與采煤機(jī)作業(yè)事故的不同點(diǎn);根據(jù)采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件可能引發(fā)的后果,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了分類;結(jié)合事故致因理論構(gòu)建了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的致因概念模型。其次,在理論分析和實(shí)踐調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,提取了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件影響因素,并編制了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,用SPSS19.0軟件對(duì)回收的問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果顯示,整體問(wèn)卷的效度良好,采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的影響因素包括人的失誤,采煤機(jī)“帶病”作業(yè),作業(yè)空間和安全管理水平等19個(gè)致因因素。然后,分析了各影響因素間的相互關(guān)系,構(gòu)建出采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的因果關(guān)系模型,基于此構(gòu)建了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并對(duì)解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行分析,建立了采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件致因因素的三層遞階結(jié)構(gòu)模型。分析結(jié)果顯示,管理失誤等是引起采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的深層原因,人、機(jī)、環(huán)是引起采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的表層和中層原因。最后,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)原理建立采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件三個(gè)致因?qū)拥慕M合干預(yù)SD模型,并運(yùn)用Venism軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行仿真模擬,在驗(yàn)證干預(yù)有效的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出采煤機(jī)作業(yè)險(xiǎn)兆事件的組合干預(yù)對(duì)策的實(shí)施流程,以及三個(gè)致因?qū)拥母深A(yù)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the level of mechanization of coal mine, the production efficiency of coal mine is improved and accompanied by the occurrence of dangerous events of mechanical operation. As an important equipment in coal mining, The occurrence of coal mining machine operation danger event not only affects the safety state of the equipment, but also affects the physiological state of the front-line operator, and is often the precursor event that causes the shearer accident. It is an important measure to control coal mine accidents and realize coal mine safety production. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects. First of all, Based on the literature review, the basic theory and management theory of dangerous omen events are analyzed, and the definition of dangerous omen events in shearer operation is given, and the relationship between the dangerous omen events and dangerous sources and hidden dangers of coal mining machines is analyzed. It distinguishes the difference between shearer operation danger event and shearer operation accident, and classifies it according to the possible consequence of shearer operation danger event. Based on the theory of accident cause, the paper constructs a conceptual model of the cause of coal mining machine operation danger event. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical investigation, the influencing factors of coal mining machine operation danger event are extracted. The questionnaire was compiled and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The result shows that the validity of the questionnaire is good, and the influencing factors of the dangerous event of coal mining machine include human error. There are 19 cause factors, such as the work with disease, the working space and the level of safety management, etc. Then, the relationship between the influencing factors is analyzed, and the causality model of the dangerous event in the shearer operation is constructed. Based on this, the interpretation structure model of coal mining machine operation danger event is constructed, and the explanation structure model is analyzed, and the three-level hierarchical structure model of the factor causing the coal mining machine operation danger event is established. The analysis results show that, Management errors are the deep causes of dangerous events in shearer operations. People, machines and rings are the surface and middle layer causes of dangerous events in shearer operations. Finally, Based on the principle of system dynamics, the combined intervention SD model of three dangerous events in shearer operation is established, and the model is simulated by Venism software. On the basis of verifying the effectiveness of intervention, the model is simulated and simulated. The implementation process of combined intervention countermeasures and the intervention countermeasures of three factors are designed.
