【摘要】:為研究半受限空間油氣無(wú)約束泄爆外場(chǎng)特性,基于爆炸力學(xué)、可燃?xì)怏w爆炸超壓評(píng)估法則和化學(xué)動(dòng)力學(xué)等理論,建立評(píng)估外場(chǎng)爆燃超壓的無(wú)量綱比例距離模型;采用模擬試驗(yàn)的研究方法,測(cè)量外場(chǎng)爆燃超壓并記錄火焰形態(tài)變化過(guò)程;基于此,分析外場(chǎng)超壓與火焰形態(tài)變化規(guī)律,提出外場(chǎng)超壓-比例距離變化半經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。結(jié)果表明:外場(chǎng)橫縱方向上最大爆燃超壓與比例距離成負(fù)指數(shù)函數(shù)關(guān)系;流場(chǎng)與火焰間的正反饋?zhàn)饔脹Q定了火焰?zhèn)鞑ミ^(guò)程中的形態(tài)變化。
[Abstract]:A dimensionless proportional distance model is established to evaluate the explosion overpressure in semi-confined space based on the theory of explosion mechanics, explosion overpressure evaluation of combustible gas and chemical kinetics. In this paper, the external deflagration overpressure is measured and the process of flame morphology change is recorded by using the method of simulation test, based on which, the variation law of external field overpressure and flame morphology is analyzed. The semi-empirical formula of overpressure-proportional distance variation in external field is presented. The results show that the maximum deflagration overpressure in the transverse and longitudinal direction of the external field has a negative exponential function with the proportional distance. The positive feedback between the flow field and the flame determines the shape change during the flame propagation.
