【摘要】：針對(duì)鐵路行車(chē)人因事故受多因素交互影響的問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于信息熵和DEMATEL法耦合的鐵路行車(chē)人因事故關(guān)鍵因素實(shí)證分析方法。首先依據(jù)鐵路行車(chē)人因事故認(rèn)知行為模型,從感知、決策、計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行4個(gè)過(guò)程分析鐵路行車(chē)人因事故的影響因素;然后綜合運(yùn)用信息熵和DEMATEL法構(gòu)建關(guān)鍵因素量化識(shí)別模型,利用中心度和原因度兩個(gè)參數(shù)分析鐵路行車(chē)人因事故的關(guān)鍵影響因素;最后,結(jié)合2008—2013年鐵路行車(chē)人因事故數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,機(jī)車(chē)操作人員相關(guān)情形記憶失誤、情景診斷失誤、未嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行操作規(guī)則和采取錯(cuò)誤行動(dòng)是鐵路行車(chē)人因事故的關(guān)鍵影響因素。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that railway drivers are affected by multiple factors, an empirical analysis method based on the coupling of information entropy and DEMATEL method is proposed. Firstly, according to the cognitive behavior model of railway driver accidents, an empirical analysis method is proposed. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of railway human accidents from the four processes of perception, decision making, planning and execution, and then constructs a quantitative identification model of key factors by using information entropy and DEMATEL method. Two parameters, centrality and cause degree, are used to analyze the key influencing factors of railway human accident. Finally, combined with the data of railway human accident from 2008 to 2013, the results show that the locomotive operator has memory errors in related situations. The fault of scene diagnosis, the failure to strictly execute the operation rules and the wrong action are the key influencing factors of railway accidents.
