【摘要】：道路運(yùn)輸是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分，而云南省的道路運(yùn)輸對(duì)本地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更具有舉足輕重的作用。這是由云南省的特殊地理環(huán)境決定的。但云南省的山地環(huán)境，也給道路運(yùn)輸和公眾出行安全帶來(lái)了很大的問(wèn)題，安全保障水平不高，各類道路交通事故頻發(fā)。因此，預(yù)防和減少道路交通事故傷害，增強(qiáng)交通公共服務(wù)的能力，成為云南省普遍重視的問(wèn)題。 本文首先以云南省道路交通環(huán)境及交通安全狀況研宄為切入點(diǎn)，利用多元統(tǒng)計(jì)理論的主成分分析法建立交通事故致因的分析評(píng)價(jià)模型，應(yīng)用于對(duì)全省道路交通事故統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的綜合分析評(píng)價(jià)，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出交通安全改進(jìn)措施，并對(duì)云南省道路交通安全形勢(shì)及策略進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。 在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)云南省山地環(huán)境車輛運(yùn)行技術(shù)及管理安全隱患進(jìn)行了分析，找出問(wèn)題的癥結(jié)，提出加強(qiáng)道路運(yùn)輸車輛安全監(jiān)管的對(duì)策及相關(guān)行業(yè)法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改進(jìn)和修訂的意見(jiàn)建議。 并針對(duì)云南省山地環(huán)境條件下提高高速、高等級(jí)公路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全可靠性，改善和提升道路安全服務(wù)水平，減少事故發(fā)生幾率的問(wèn)題，開(kāi)展典型路段事故調(diào)查，分析研宄山地環(huán)境公路交通安全特征和事故機(jī)理，，對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外的研宄成果和理論模型，進(jìn)行基于安全性評(píng)價(jià)的道路安全保障技術(shù)研宄，并應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)踐，取得良好效果。
[Abstract]:Road transport is an important part of national economic construction, and the road transportation of Yunnan Province plays a more important role in the development of local economy. This is determined by the special geographical environment of Yunnan Province, but the mountainous environment of Yunnan Province, It also brings great problems to road transportation and public travel safety. The level of safety and security is not high, and all kinds of road traffic accidents occur frequently. Therefore, to prevent and reduce road traffic accidents and to enhance the capacity of public transport services, Yunnan Province has become a universal attention to the problem. Based on the study of road traffic environment and traffic safety in Yunnan Province, this paper establishes the analysis and evaluation model of traffic accident causes by using principal component analysis method of multivariate statistical theory. It is applied to the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the statistical data of road traffic accidents in Yunnan Province. On the basis of this, the improvement measures of traffic safety are put forward, and the situation and strategy of road traffic safety in Yunnan Province are analyzed and summarized. On the basis of field investigation, this paper analyzes the running technology and management safety hidden danger of environmental vehicle in mountainous area of Yunnan Province, and finds out the crux of the problem. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of road transport vehicle safety and the suggestions on the improvement and revision of the relevant industry regulations and standards. Aiming at the problems of improving the safety and reliability of high speed and high grade highways, improving and improving the service level of road safety and reducing the probability of accidents, the investigation of typical road accidents is carried out in the mountainous environment of Yunnan Province. This paper analyzes the traffic safety characteristics and accident mechanism of highway in mountain environment, compares the research results and theoretical models at home and abroad, studies the road safety assurance technology based on safety evaluation, and applies it to engineering practice, and obtains good results.
