煤礦噴霧降塵霧滴存活時間的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為提高煤礦噴霧除塵效率,揭示霧滴蒸發(fā)和存活時間的影響因素,基于差分方法,使用MATLAB軟件編制霧滴蒸發(fā)過程仿真試驗程序,研究了霧滴初始半徑、霧滴與風流的初始相對速度、霧滴初始溫度,以及巷道風流初始溫度、濕度、風壓共6個關鍵影響因素與存活時間的關系;采用逐步回歸方法構造了包含5因素的霧滴存活時間計算方程。結果表明:在目前煤礦采用的霧化降塵工藝范圍內,除霧滴初始溫度外的其他5個因素對霧滴存活時間的影響均較為顯著;構建的霧滴存活時間綜合計算方程能合理計算霧滴的存活時間。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of spray dust removal in coal mine and reveal the influence factors of droplet evaporation and survival time, based on the differential method, the simulation test program of droplet evaporation process was compiled with MATLAB software, and the initial radius of droplet was studied. The relationship between the relative velocity of droplet and wind flow, the initial temperature of droplet, and the initial temperature, humidity and pressure of tunnel air flow, and the relationship between the survival time and the initial relative velocity of droplet and wind flow; The calculation equation of fog droplet survival time with 5 factors was constructed by using stepwise regression method. The results show that: in the range of atomization and dust control technology adopted at present in coal mine, The influence of other five factors on the droplet survival time was significant except the initial temperature of the droplet, and the comprehensive calculation equation of droplet survival time could reasonably calculate the droplet survival time.
