功能安全的人因影響及量化分析研究

【摘要】:安全相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的功能安全是過(guò)程工業(yè)安全領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要概念。現(xiàn)行國(guó)際功能安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)為人也是功能安全的一個(gè)有機(jī)組成部分,但對(duì)人因安全管理只提供了最低限度的指導(dǎo)。同時(shí),現(xiàn)有人因安全研究對(duì)象主要集中在使用者身上,研究的內(nèi)容則集中在如何分析和預(yù)防使用者操作失誤方面,對(duì)于系統(tǒng)分析、實(shí)現(xiàn)人員失誤及影響的研究則很少涉及。本論文在遵循IEC61508功能安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合過(guò)程工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的具體應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)分析、研究了安全相關(guān)系統(tǒng)所涉及的各類人員對(duì)于功能安全的影響,并研究了通過(guò)定量方法消除分析、實(shí)現(xiàn)人員意向失誤的若干問(wèn)題。本論文的主要研究成果如下: 1.為了明確現(xiàn)行國(guó)際功能安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的人因安全管理疏漏,詳細(xì)地分析、整理了IEC61508中人因安全管理的有關(guān)內(nèi)容,將其中的缺失和疏漏進(jìn)行了完善。提出了一套基于安全生命周期的人因安全管理方案。 2.為了衡量功能安全管理過(guò)程中的人因安全性問(wèn)題,提出了人因安全完整性的概念,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明;詳細(xì)闡述了人因安全完整性的評(píng)估方法及流程,提出了人因安全完整性確認(rèn)方法。 3.針對(duì)危險(xiǎn)分析過(guò)程中分析人員意見(jiàn)一致性問(wèn)題,提出了一種新的直覺(jué)模糊距離測(cè)度,并討論了其有效性和適用性的問(wèn)題;詳細(xì)闡述了基于直覺(jué)模糊距離的群體危險(xiǎn)分析人員意見(jiàn)一致性分析方法,并通過(guò)實(shí)例說(shuō)明一致性分析過(guò)程。 4.針對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估過(guò)程中評(píng)估人員意見(jiàn)表達(dá)準(zhǔn)確性問(wèn)題,提出了基于直覺(jué)模糊理論的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)描述方法;分析了普通風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣在使用過(guò)程中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種基于直覺(jué)模糊理論的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣安全評(píng)估方法,并舉實(shí)例加以說(shuō)明其評(píng)估過(guò)程。 5.針對(duì)安全相關(guān)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中相關(guān)失效率計(jì)算的問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于超圖的系統(tǒng)部件相關(guān)失效率計(jì)算方法,并通過(guò)實(shí)例計(jì)算驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The functional safety of safety-related systems is an important concept in the field of process industry safety. But it only provides minimal guidance to human safety management. At the same time, the existing research object of human safety mainly focuses on the users, and the content of the research focuses on how to analyze and prevent the users' operational errors. On the basis of following the IEC61508 function safety standard and combining the specific application characteristics in the field of process industry, this paper analyzes in detail, This paper studies the influence of all kinds of personnel involved in security-related systems on functional safety, and studies some problems of realizing personnel intention errors through quantitative analysis. The main research results of this thesis are as follows:. 1. In order to clarify the omissions of human safety management in the current international functional safety standards, the contents of human safety management in IEC61508 are analyzed and sorted out in detail. The defects and omissions are improved and a human factor safety management scheme based on security life cycle is proposed. 2. In order to measure the problem of human factor security in the process of functional safety management, the concept of human factor safety integrity is put forward and explained in detail, and the evaluation method and process of human factor safety integrity are described in detail. A method for confirming the integrity of human safety is proposed. 3. A new intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure is proposed to solve the problem of consistency of opinion in the process of risk analysis, and its validity and applicability are discussed. The method of consensus analysis of group risk analysts based on intuitionistic fuzzy distance is described in detail, and the process of consistency analysis is illustrated by an example. 4. Aiming at the accuracy of opinion expression in risk assessment, a risk description method based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory is proposed, and the advantages and disadvantages of common risk matrix are analyzed. On this basis, a risk matrix security assessment method based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory is proposed, and an example is given to illustrate the evaluation process. 5. In order to solve the problem of calculating the correlation failure rate in the implementation of the security related system, a method of calculating the correlation failure rate of the system components based on hypergraph is proposed, and the validity of the model is verified by an example.
