【摘要】：基于對(duì)礦山生態(tài)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的分析,找出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),通過指標(biāo)篩選構(gòu)建了礦山生態(tài)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系并劃分了各指標(biāo)的五級(jí)預(yù)警區(qū)間,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了AHP-IE-MEA預(yù)警模型,最后把該模型應(yīng)用在神東集團(tuán)所屬的三家煤礦,測(cè)算其生態(tài)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警等級(jí)。實(shí)證分析表明:M1礦處于四級(jí)預(yù)警,M2和M3礦處于無警情狀態(tài)。研究表明,指標(biāo)體系和AHP-IE-MEA模型適合于礦山生態(tài)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警,具有合理性和可行性,該方法的提出將為測(cè)算礦山生態(tài)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the risk factors of mine ecological security, the key link of risk early warning is found out, and the index system of mine ecological security risk warning is constructed through index screening and the five-level early warning interval of each index is divided. On this basis, the AHP-IE-MEA early warning model is designed and applied to three coal mines belonging to Shendong Group. The empirical analysis shows that the No. 4 mine is in the state of no warning, and the research shows that the mine is in the state of no warning. The index system and AHP-IE-MEA model are suitable for mine ecological safety risk early warning, which is reasonable and feasible. This method will provide a reference for calculating mine ecological safety risk grade.
