萊洛三角泵的設計與分析

【摘要】:針對齒輪泵周向泵油路徑以及螺桿泵螺旋狀的油路易產生泄漏的問題,設計出以萊洛三角形為截面的萊洛斜轉子,大大簡化了復雜的齒廓型線設計參數,提出一種直線式泵油的新型萊洛三角泵。闡述了萊洛三角泵的結構和工作原理,確定萊洛泵一個工作周期內吸排腔的對稱變化。通過構建萊洛三角形模型,根據坐標變換公式計算推導并舉例驗證了該泵的理論排量,結合Creo和MATLAB軟件研究單周期萊洛泵進出油口的流量變化。通過分析液壓力,結合受力分析和有限元模擬,對轉子在工況下的干涉進行檢驗,為該泵的進一步研究奠定基礎。

[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the circumferential pump oil path of gear pump and the spiral oil path of screw pump are easy to leak, a Lailo oblique rotor with Lailo triangle as cross section is designed, which greatly simplifies the design parameters of complex tooth profile, and puts forward a new type of Lailo triangle pump with straight line pump oil. The structure and working principle of Lailo triangular pump are described, and the symmetrical change of suction and drainage cavity in one working cycle of Lailo pump is determined. By constructing the Lailo triangle model, the theoretical displacement of the pump is calculated and deduced according to the coordinate transformation formula and an example is given to verify the theoretical displacement of the pump. Combined with Creo and MATLAB software, the flow change of the inlet and outlet of the single cycle Lailo pump is studied. Through the analysis of liquid pressure, combined with force analysis and finite element simulation, the interference of rotor under working conditions is tested, which lays a foundation for the further study of the pump.
