【摘要】：正華北石化公司重整裝置在大檢修期間對(duì)余熱鍋爐系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)制循環(huán)泵的機(jī)械密封進(jìn)行了改造。截至2017年8月31日,機(jī)泵已平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行了4個(gè)月,各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)良好,參照過(guò)去每?jī)蓚�(gè)月就要更換機(jī)械密封的頻率,每年可節(jié)約維修成本近5萬(wàn)元。強(qiáng)制循環(huán)泵將重整裝置蒸汽發(fā)生器中的除氧水輸送回余熱鍋爐中再次加熱,輸送介質(zhì)溫度高達(dá)250℃,是影響裝置能否長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。改造前,該泵機(jī)械密封采用自沖洗的冷卻方式,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間高溫運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),密封極易損壞,維修保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用高,也影響了裝置的安全平穩(wěn)
[Abstract]:The mechanical seal of forced circulating pump of waste heat boiler system was reformed during overhaul in reforming unit of Zhenghuabei Petrochemical Company. As of August 31, 2017, the pump has been running smoothly for four months, and all the performance indexes are good. Referring to the frequency of replacing the mechanical seal every two months in the past two months, the maintenance cost can be saved by nearly 50,000 yuan per year. The forced circulation pump transmits the deoxidizing water from the steam generator of the reforming unit back to the waste heat boiler for reheating, and the temperature of the conveying medium is as high as 250 鈩，
