【摘要】：往復(fù)活塞式壓縮機(jī)是石油、天然氣行業(yè)及其他工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中必不可少的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備�？紤]實(shí)際氣體的相對(duì)摩爾質(zhì)量、壓縮因子以及生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的相變、漏氣等因素,建立了往復(fù)活塞式壓縮機(jī)的實(shí)際功率計(jì)算模型,并結(jié)合某氣礦增壓站的實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算得到壓縮機(jī)組的實(shí)際運(yùn)行能耗指標(biāo),其計(jì)算功率值與實(shí)際測(cè)算功率值誤差低于2.4%,驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性。該增壓站增壓機(jī)組由于運(yùn)行時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)性能降低及氣閥關(guān)閉不及時(shí)造成壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)率不高,為此給出清除冷卻器管束沉積物并合理設(shè)計(jì)氣閥的建議。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating piston compressor is an indispensable key equipment in oil, natural gas industry and other industrial production. Considering the relative molar mass of the actual gas, compression factor, phase transition in the production process, air leakage and other factors, the actual power calculation model of the reciprocating piston compressor is established, and combined with the actual operation data of a gas mine supercharging station, the actual operation energy consumption index of the compressor unit is calculated, and the error between the calculated power value and the actual calculated power value is less than 2.4%, which verifies the rationality of the model. Because of the long operation time, the performance of the cooling system is reduced and the gas valve is not closed in time, the running time rate of the compressor is not high. Therefore, some suggestions are given to remove the sediment of the cooler tube bundles and design the gas valve reasonably.
