雙質(zhì)體振動篩自同步理論研究

【摘要】:應(yīng)用改進小參數(shù)平均法,得到雙質(zhì)體自同步振動篩兩偏心轉(zhuǎn)子的無量綱耦合方程,并得出振動篩系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)同步的條件和達到同步穩(wěn)定性運行的條件。通過數(shù)值分析,討論了系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)參數(shù)對振動篩系統(tǒng)耦合動力學(xué)特性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著偏心轉(zhuǎn)子質(zhì)量的增大,同步能力系數(shù)先減小后再增大;隨著偏心轉(zhuǎn)子質(zhì)心到系統(tǒng)質(zhì)心距離的增大,同步能力系數(shù)和力傳遞系數(shù)都隨之增大;振動頻率比、隔振頻率比越大,同步能力系數(shù)和力傳遞系數(shù)都越小。通過計算機數(shù)值仿真和雙剛體兩機驅(qū)動振動同步試驗臺實驗研究,驗證了振動篩系統(tǒng)耦合動力學(xué)分析結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:By using the improved small parameter average method, the dimensionless coupling equation of the two eccentric rotors of the double body self-synchronous vibrating screen is obtained, and the conditions for the synchronization of the vibrating screen system and the conditions for achieving synchronous stability are obtained. Through numerical analysis, the influence of system dynamic parameters on the coupling dynamic characteristics of vibrating screen system is discussed. The results show that with the increase of eccentric rotor mass, the synchronization ability coefficient decreases at first and then increases, and the synchronization capacity coefficient and force transfer coefficient increase with the increase of the distance from eccentric rotor centroids to system centroids. The larger the vibration frequency ratio is, the smaller the synchronization capacity coefficient and force transfer coefficient are. The correctness of the coupling dynamic analysis results of vibrating screen system is verified by computer numerical simulation and experimental study of double rigid body two-machine driven vibration synchronization test bench.
