【摘要】：為了滿足用戶的不同應用需求,設計了一種帶數(shù)�；旌陷敵龅募铀俣扔嬒到y(tǒng)。通過外圍控制信號來選擇模擬閉環(huán)輸出或者數(shù)字閉環(huán)輸出。系統(tǒng)測試表明加速度計的量程為±3 g,模擬輸出帶寬大于2 k Hz,噪聲密度小于-100 d BV/√Hz;數(shù)字輸出帶寬大于1 400 Hz,噪聲密度小于2μg/√Hz。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the different application requirements of users, an accelerometer system with mixed output of digital and analog is designed. The analog closed-loop output or digital closed-loop output is selected by the peripheral control signal. The system test shows that the range of accelerometer is 鹵3 g, the noise density of analog output is greater than 2 k Hz, noise density is less than-100 d BV/ and Hz; digital output bandwidth is greater than 1 400 Hz, noise density is less than 2 渭 g / 渭 g / Hz..
