基于等效理論研究1Cr18Ni9Ti蠕變-高溫疲勞試驗壽命

【摘要】:通過Manson公式研究了蠕變壽命與高溫疲勞蠕變壽命之間的關(guān)系,并分別在600~700℃下對1Cr18Ni9Ti進(jìn)行高溫疲勞蠕變和蠕變試驗,研究了溫度對蠕變壽命的影響。采用SEM進(jìn)行斷口形貌觀察及EDS能譜分析。結(jié)果表明:理論預(yù)測壽命均在實測壽命的2倍誤差帶內(nèi),證明了將高溫疲勞蠕變壽命預(yù)測轉(zhuǎn)換成蠕變壽命預(yù)測的可行性;試驗溫度高于625℃后對蠕變壽命的影響顯著;斷口處有大量的孔洞和氧化物出現(xiàn),氧化薄膜周圍容易形成裂紋源。
