模擬固定-導向柔順梁的PRR偽剛體模型的動力學分析

【摘要】:基于PRR偽剛體模型,建立了末端受復合載荷作用下固定-導向柔順梁的PRR偽剛體動力學模型。以柔順機構(gòu)中柔順桿為研究對象,通過分析其動能和勢能,應用拉格朗日方程推導出了該模型的動力學方程,并從方程特征和響應曲線等方面分析了模型各項動力學特性。分析結(jié)果表明,PRR偽剛體動力學模型可以更加真實地反映出固定-導向柔順梁在變形過程中的各項動力學特性,更加適用于柔順機構(gòu)的動力學分析與設計。
[Abstract]:Based on the PRR pseudo-rigid-body model, the dynamic model of PRR pseudo-rigid body under the action of composite load on the end of a fixed-guide compliant beam is established. The kinetic energy and potential energy of the compliant rod in the compliant mechanism are studied. The dynamic equations of the model are derived by using Lagrange equation, and the dynamic characteristics of the model are analyzed from the characteristics of the equation and the response curve. The results show that the dynamic model of PRR pseudo-rigid body can more truly reflect the dynamic characteristics of the fixed-guide compliant beam in the process of deformation, and is more suitable for the dynamic analysis and design of the compliant mechanism.
