【摘要】：將導(dǎo)熱管安裝于電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子中對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行散熱,可提高電機(jī)的輸出效率,而導(dǎo)熱管與轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)孔的緊密接觸是導(dǎo)熱散熱的關(guān)鍵因素.通過建立導(dǎo)熱管與轉(zhuǎn)子過盈聯(lián)接的有限元模型,分析過盈量、摩擦因數(shù)以及配合長(zhǎng)度對(duì)導(dǎo)熱管與電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子過盈聯(lián)接靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,過盈量和配合長(zhǎng)度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能影響較大.在有限元分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)導(dǎo)熱管與電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子過盈聯(lián)接最大法向接觸應(yīng)力進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,得出導(dǎo)熱管與轉(zhuǎn)子最大法向接觸應(yīng)力最小的接觸狀態(tài),以提高導(dǎo)熱管與轉(zhuǎn)子配合的可靠性以及轉(zhuǎn)子軸的壽命.
[Abstract]:When the heat conduction pipe is installed in the rotor of the motor to dissipate heat, the output efficiency of the motor can be improved, and the close contact between the heat conduction tube and the inner hole of the rotor is the key factor of the heat conduction. By establishing the finite element model of interference connection between heat conduction pipe and rotor, the effects of interference, friction coefficient and fit length on static and dynamic performance of interference connection between heat conduction pipe and rotor of motor are analyzed. The results show that interference and fit length have great influence on the static and dynamic mechanical properties of the structure. On the basis of finite element analysis, the maximum normal contact stress of the interference joint of the heat conduction pipe and the rotor of the motor is optimized by multi-objective method, and the contact state of the maximum normal contact stress between the heat conduction pipe and the rotor is obtained. In order to improve the reliability of heat conduction pipe and rotor fit and the life of rotor shaft.
