【摘要】：針對(duì)物流行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,物流包裝量逐漸增大的情況,設(shè)計(jì)了一種可以自動(dòng)封裝不同尺寸規(guī)格箱子的封箱機(jī)。封箱機(jī)定位和封裝功能需要不同的動(dòng)力來驅(qū)動(dòng),因此設(shè)計(jì)了一種連桿滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)將上面兩種功能聯(lián)系起來,并基于封閉矢量法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析,得到該連桿滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程并用MATLAB對(duì)其運(yùn)動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行了仿真。利用Solid Works該機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的三維建模,對(duì)其裝配干涉進(jìn)行了檢查。通過對(duì)其運(yùn)動(dòng)特性和機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)的分析,得到封箱機(jī)具體的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。采用這種機(jī)構(gòu)的封箱機(jī)可以減少機(jī)器中動(dòng)力的數(shù)量,從而簡(jiǎn)化封箱機(jī)整體的結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)降低制造成本,節(jié)約能源。
[Abstract]:In view of the rapid development of logistics industry and the increasing volume of logistics packaging, a kind of packing machine which can automatically package boxes of different sizes is designed. The positioning and packaging functions of the sealing machine need different power to drive, so a kind of connecting rod slider mechanism is designed to connect the above two functions, and the kinematics analysis is carried out based on the closed vector method. The kinematics equation of the linkage slider mechanism is obtained and its motion process is simulated by MATLAB. The assembly interference was checked by using the 3D modeling of Solid Works. Through the analysis of its motion characteristics and mechanical mechanism, the specific design parameters of the sealing machine are obtained. The sealing machine with this kind of mechanism can reduce the number of power in the machine, thus simplify the whole structure of the sealing machine, at the same time, reduce the manufacturing cost and save energy.
