面向機械產品創(chuàng)新設計的科學效應庫研究

【摘要】:21世紀最重要的是人才,人才之中的創(chuàng)新型人才更是重中之重。對于一個企業(yè)和國家來說,要想強大起來必須經濟強大起來,而要想實現(xiàn)經濟的強大,保持經濟的快速發(fā)展,就得依靠創(chuàng)新來實現(xiàn),尤其是實現(xiàn)產品的創(chuàng)新。創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng),產品創(chuàng)新的實現(xiàn)就需要高效的創(chuàng)新方法和完善的創(chuàng)新理論的支持。TRIZ理論是人類大量創(chuàng)新活動的高度總結,其中的科學效應內容是以大量不同領域、不同范圍的創(chuàng)新實例為基礎的快速創(chuàng)新方法。不同領域學科知識的運用也是當前產品想要實現(xiàn)高質量創(chuàng)新所必須的。本課題研究的是基于科學效應庫的機械產品創(chuàng)新設計。機械產品的設計分為四個步驟:產品規(guī)劃、概念設計、技術設計和詳細設計。其中概念設計階段是實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新的關鍵階段。文章首先從概念設計以及其在創(chuàng)新中的作用開始研究,確定概念設計中TRIZ理論的強大創(chuàng)新能力,明確產品創(chuàng)新的實質是實現(xiàn)產品功能的創(chuàng)新。科學效應是TRIZ理論子模塊之一,是概念設計中功能映射到具體結構的紐帶和橋梁,是一種實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新最基本和有效的方法。主要研究內容和研究成果主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:提出了科學效應與機構、發(fā)明原理以及與侵權判定和專利規(guī)避的結合?茖W效應是對已有設計活動的總結,而機構、發(fā)明原理、侵權判定和專利規(guī)避又是這些設計活動必不可少的一部分,基于這種思想研究他們之間的關系,以及分析如何利用這些關系將科學效應借鑒意義應用在功能到結構映射的其他概念設計環(huán)節(jié)。確定了科學效應與其他知識結合在概念設計活動中如何作用后,建立了基于科學效應的概念設計模型和具體流程,使得在概念設計過程中,科學效應的作用得到最大程度發(fā)揮。基于對科學效應的研究開發(fā)了基于科學效應庫的機械產品輔助創(chuàng)新設計系統(tǒng)。計算機輔助創(chuàng)新是現(xiàn)代設計的必然,也是建立、管理和使用龐大效應數據庫的最佳方式。通過計算機輔助能在很大程度上提高創(chuàng)新的質量和效率。
[Abstract]:The most important thing in the 21 st century is talent, among which creative talents are the most important. For an enterprise and a country, the economy must be strong if it wants to be strong, and to realize the strong economy and maintain the rapid development of the economy, we must rely on innovation, especially to realize the innovation of products. The cultivation of innovative talents and the realization of product innovation need the support of efficient innovation methods and perfect innovation theories. TRIZ theory is a highly summary of a large number of human innovation activities, in which the scientific effect of the content is a large number of different fields. A rapid innovation method based on a variety of examples of innovation. The application of knowledge in different fields is also necessary to achieve high-quality innovation. This paper studies the innovative design of mechanical products based on scientific effect database. Mechanical product design is divided into four steps: product planning, conceptual design, technical design and detailed design. The conceptual design stage is the key stage to realize innovation. This paper begins with the research of conceptual design and its role in innovation, determines the powerful innovation ability of TRIZ theory in conceptual design, and clarifies that the essence of product innovation is to realize the innovation of product function. Scientific effect is one of the sub-modules of TRIZ theory, which is the link and bridge of function mapping to concrete structure in conceptual design, and it is the most basic and effective method to realize innovation. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: the scientific effect and mechanism, the principle of invention and the combination with infringement judgment and patent evasion are put forward. The scientific effect is a summary of the existing design activities, and the mechanism, the principle of invention, the adjudication of infringement and the avoidance of patents are essential parts of these design activities. And how to use these relationships to apply the scientific effect to other conceptual design links of functional to structural mapping. After determining how the combination of scientific effect and other knowledge plays an important role in conceptual design, a conceptual design model based on scientific effect and its concrete flow are established, so that the function of scientific effect can be maximized in the process of conceptual design. Based on the research of scientific effect, a mechanical product aided innovation design system based on scientific effect database is developed. Computer aided innovation is the necessity of modern design and the best way to establish, manage and use the huge effect database. The quality and efficiency of innovation can be greatly improved by computer aid.
